What is an Extreme Offshore Adventure you ask? We charter a boat to take us and the kayaks anywhere from the Matapalo Rock to 30 miles offshore. The fish are teased up, the boat is put into neutral, and a live bait is thrown towards the fish. At the same time you are entering the double kayak with the guide and as soon as you are ready, you are handed the rod. Get ready for the ride of your life! We have caught Pacific Sailfish, Dorado (Mahi-Mahi), and Yellow Fin Tuna on these tours. All Billfish are catch and release, however the tuna is served sashimi style as soon as its ice cold.
